Yep, the title says it all! So how can we decrease the amount of drunk drivers and traffic accidents on El Paso streets? The only thing that you have to do is increase the amount of DWI checkpoints in El Paso and El Paso County. You might not be able to completely eliminate drunk driving, but at the same time you are saving a few lives. That in itself is worth it. It really is. Another thing, what is up with people driving and crashing into buildings and leaving their vehicles behind? Do you honestly believe that you will not be found by any law enforcement agency? Come on man!
