Here is Moustafa’s training schedule!

4:00AM-5:00AM:Inject arms with Synthol, then lift 5 pound dumbbells for 10 minutes.

5:00AM-6:00AM:Eat 1 large pizza with 3 Liter Coke.

6:00AM-:7:ooAM:Take a huge SHIT!

7:00AM-12:00PM:Sit on Ass and pass gas.

12:00PM-1:00PM:Take another shit.

1:00PM-7:00PM:Sleep and dream about Synthol and needles.

7:00PM-10:00PM:Eat 10 hamburgers, 1 package of Oreos, 2 gallons of milk, and a carton of ice cream.

10:00PM-10:05PM:Lift 2 pound weights for 5 minutes.

10:05PM-3:30AM:Sleep and pass gas.

That is one awesome schedule!

    1. Why are you angry? It is obvious that he is using Synthol or ADE. Another thing, I am only joking, I am not being serious. Let us discuss this in a mature manner or fashion. I am open to having a discussion about Mr.Ismail.
